Following Team Liquid's 2-0 win over Entity, captain, Aydin "iNSaNiA" Sarkohi shared his thoughts on the team's final series of the WEU DPC 2021-22 Tour 3: Division 1 against OG.
INSaNiA joked that he desperately wants to beat "Tommy’s (Taiga) ass" after Taiga had thrown some trash talk at him in previous pub games. INSaNiA and Taiga are long-time friends and former teammates.
The series between Liquid and OG will be the final series of the WEU DPC Division 1, and shall take place on 13th July.

Despite Tommy "Taiga" Le's departure from Team Liquid during the roster change following The International 10 (TI10), he continues to maintain close bonds with his former colleagues. This is especially noticeable with Liquid's captain, Aydin "iNSaNiA" Sarkohi, as they continue to poke fun at each other. Following Liquid’s recent victory against Entity in Tour 3, iNSaNiA joked that he desperately wants to beat "Tommy’s (Taiga) ass" after Taiga had thrown some trash talk at him in previous pub games. As things stand, Liquid and OG will face off in their last Tour 3 series, with the top seed potentially on the line.

iNSaNiA expresses his eagerness to face OG because of Taiga

Following his team's 2-0 triumph against Entity in the Western Europe (WEU) Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021-22 Tour 3: Division 1, iNSaNiA was questioned about his opinions for the team's final series versus the reigning Major winners OG.

iNSaNiA's old teammate Taiga currently plays for OG and as such he revealed his desire to silence Taiga after he had been bantering with him in recent pubs.

“I wanna beat Tommy’s ass. But I really wanna beat Tommy. Tommy has recently gotten a little bit cocky in pubs and it’s time to put him back in his place. So yeah, Tommy, I am coming for you. Looking forward to play."

In November 2017, former HoN (Heroes of Newerth) players iNSaNiA and Taiga joined Alliance in Dota 2. The whole squad left Alliance in September 2019 but was signed by Team Liquid in October of the same year. After TI10 last year, Taiga and Max "qojqva" Bröcker parted ways with the squad after four years of playing together, as they felt that a change was necessary.

According to datdota, the five players - iNSaNiA, qojqva, Taiga, Michael "miCKe" Vu, and Samuel "Boxi" Svahn are second in the world for the most Dota 2 pro games played together by five players. They played 636 games in all, winning 336 of them.

While Taiga moved on to join OG, qojqva became a Team Liquid livestreamer.

Taiga and iNSaNiA have both performed admirably in their respective DPC 2021-22 teams. In Tour 3, OG has already clinched a spot in the PGL Arlington Major, while Liquid is close behind. Thus, it will not only be an important series in terms of personal banter, but also in terms of the Major qualification. It will be interesting to see who will prevail between Taiga and iNSaNiA when they go up against each other on 13th July.
