LGD Gaming Gains New Sponsors After Bidding Farewell to PSG Partnership

This new collaboration between LGD Gaming and Honkai: Star Rail marks a significant turning point for the organization. Just last month on 4th September, LGD Gaming officially announced the end of its strategic partnership with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), a partnership that had spanned over five years. During this period, LGD Gaming achieved remarkable success under the PSG banner, including a triumphant victory at the Riyadh Masters 2022 and a commendable second-place finish at The International 2021.

Reflecting on the journey with PSG, LGD Gaming expressed gratitude for the shared triumphs and the emotional highs and lows experienced during its time with PSG. The official Weibo announcement read, "Since the LGD.DOTA2 branch reached a strategic brand cooperation relationship with Paris St. Germain, on April 19, 2018, We achieved excellent results in both domestic and international arenas. In five years, the name PSG.LGD has left a strong sum ink in the history of Dota 2. As of today, our partnership with Paris Saint-Germain comes to an end."

The International 2023 promises to be an intense battleground, featuring LGD Gaming and 19 other formidable teams from around the world. These teams will compete fiercely for the lion’s share of the growing prize pool, making TI12 the most anticipated event in the Dota 2 esports calendar.

LGD Gaming has already set off for Seattle and Dota 2 esports enthusiasts are looking forward to the team’s performance at TI12. The phrase "May this journey lead us starward" encapsulates the team's unwavering determination and ambition to succeed in the upcoming tournament.
