As well as bringing on one of the most sublime core players from the region, the Registration Page also shows that the support duo of Vici Gaming, Ding "Dy" Cong and Xiong "Pyw"' Jiahan, has been added to the roster.

According to the Majors Registration Page, Xtreme Gaming's Dota 2 roster consists of the following players:

  • Wang "J" Wenjun

  • Zhang "Eurus" Chengjun (registered under his old name Paparazi灬))

  • Sun "Srf" Runfa

  • Xiong "Pyw"' Jiahan (registered under the nickname Tank)

  • Ding "Dy" Cong

Eurus is expected to return to the midlane position since J has mostly played as the carry throughout his career. In the past week, he has largely played the role of midlaner in his pubs. The past eight days, he has played 94 matches with an astonishing win rate of 71% as per Dota 2 Pro Tracker. In the Dota 2 MMR leaderboards of Europe, Eurus currently occupies the number four spot. He is still stuck in Romania a month after The International 10 (TI10) concluded, and his former team, Elephant, is committed to helping him get back home.

Dy and Pyw, on the other hand, remain contracted to Vici Gaming, and they have yet to announce their departure from the team. Dy joined the team in Sept 2018 while Pyw joined in Sept 2019. Both players have played with Eurus before as the player was a member of Vici Gaming from 2017 to 2020.

J and Srf's last stints were with Sparking Arrow Gaming. Srf has not played competitive Dota 2 since May 2021, while J has been out of action for nearly a year now.

With his new team, Eurus will compete in the first regional league of the China DPC 2021-22. The team will begin its journey in the Lower Division and aim to finish in the top two to gain entry into the Upper Division.
