Highlights
Three teams were invited to the Closed qualifiers of the Southeast Asia Qualifiers for ESL One Kuala Lumpur, these teams are Aurora, Bleed Esports and Talon Esports

The ESL One Kuala Lumpur Southeast Asia Closed Qualifiers have kicked off following the conclusion of the Open Qualifiers. This intense three-day tournament features eight teams vying for a coveted spot in the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023. The lineup includes three teams that received direct invitations to the Closed Qualifiers and five teams that fought their way up from the Open Qualifiers.

The invited teams are Aurora, Bleed Esports, and Talon Esports. From the Open Qualifiers #1, the teams that made it are Execration, Geek Fam, and IHC Esports. The Open Qualifiers #2 saw Blacklist International and Neon Esports securing their spots.

This tournament adopts a double-elimination bracket format. All series, except for the Grand Final which is a Best of 5 (Bo5), are played as Best of 3 (Bo3) matches. The event is scheduled from 16th November to 18th November and is conducted online.
