ESL One Fall 2021 will begin on 21st Aug 2021, and run until 29th Aug 2021 with teams battling for a share of the $400,000 USD prize pool. Format

Group Stage (21st-24th Aug 2021)

  • Two groups of six teams each

  • Single round-robin group stage

  • All series are BO2

  • The top two teams advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs

  • The third and fourth place teams advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs

  • The fifth and sixth place teams are eliminated

Playoffs (26th-29th Aug 2021)

  • Double-elimination bracket

  • BO3 series, except for the grand finals

  • BO5 grand finals

Prize Pool Distribution

The total prize pool for the ESL One Fall 2021 is $400,000 USD. The prize pool distribution is as follows:

  • 2nd - $85,000

  • 3rd - $45,000

  • 4th - $25,000

  • 5th - 6th - $15,000

  • 7th-8th - $10,000

  • 9th-10th - $5,000

  • 11th-12th - $5,000

Many of the teams competing in the ESL One Fall 2021 such as PSG.LGD from China and T1 from Southeast Asia will be bootcamping in locations in Romania. Following the event, these teams will be expected to stay there and prepare for this year's International 10 (TI10). TI10 will take place from 7th-17th Oct, 2021.
