Russian Dota 2 player Gleb "depressed kid" Zyryanov was on a frenzy over the past couple of days. He did not take any extended break in a marathon session in which he played a whopping 41 ranked games on Twitch in a livestream that lasted 30 hours. In the end, depressed kid ended up losing more MMR than he won, losing 28 games out of the 41 he played, winning only 13. The 17-year-old currently plays as a midlander for the Eastern European team, CIS Rejects.

Depressed kid went completely berserk playing Dota 2 in the past two days, starting late on 13th Feb 2022 with Shadow Fiend, and ending on 15th Feb with Zeus. The player played 41 games during this period but did not have the best results as he lost around 450 MMR in just 30 hours as a result of the 28 losses.

Usually playing as the midlaner, he showcased his gameplay on a variety of heroes, such as Shadow Fiend, Invoker, Queen of Pain, Leshrac and Magnus. Amongst the 41 games, the longest lasted nearly 62 minutes on Invoker, and the shortest lasted only 14 minutes on Morphling.

Despite his livestream ending, depressed kid continued playing Dota 2. According to Dotabuff, he played two more games after turning off his stream, meaning that he played a staggering 43 games in one go.

On Twitter, CIS Rejects' handle showcased its midlaner's insanely long playing streak and urged the fans to go to the stream together and encourage him to go to bed.

Meanwhile, depressed kid's CIS Rejects teammate, Artsiom "Fng" Barshak, hilariously tweeted that he had been able to sleep twice while his midlaner was livestreaming.

During his livestream, former NAVI player Andrii "ALWAYSWANNAFLY" Bondarenko stated that depressed kid played a high number of games because his team lost recent official matches. He was not playing at his best, and had played CS:GO all the time. “And now he realized that it was time to win,” added ALWAYSWANNAFLY.

Furthermore, former Dota 2 player, coach, and current analyst, Yevhen "Sh4dowehhh" Alekseiev, jokingly said that he was now worried about Nigma Galaxy’s Igor "iLTW" Filatov who might want to break this streak.

iLTW has become known for playing a lot of Dota 2 pubs. In fact, a lot of young Eastern European players, in addition to depressed kid and iLTW, such as Alik "V-Tune" Vorobey, Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, and others, have gained popularity for playing an outrageous number of ranked games.

Depressed kid was recently in action on the CIS Rejects roster helping it secure a Division 1 slot in Tour 2 of the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021-22 with some fantastic performances in Tour 1. Besides fng, his team includes some of the most prolific Dota 2 players in the region, namely Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev, Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosian, and Pavel "9pasha" Khvastunov.
