In a post-game interview after OG's win over nouns, Ceb revealed that OG still has a lot of work to do to bounce back in the tournament.
Interestingly, Ceb also gave an insight into team discussions and revealed that OG has a system where everyone's input is appreciated.

After the enthralling series between OG and nouns at the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai on 6th February, OG’s Sébastien "Ceb" Debs sat down with Dota 2 commentator Benjamin "Bkop" Kopilow and caster Dominik "Lacoste" Stipić. Ceb talked about his perspective of the tournament and revealed that although the win over nouns was much needed for oG, the team is keen on not letting its guard down.

The two-time The International (TI) winner said OG still has a lot of work to do in the tournament. Additionally, Ceb also touched upon OG’s routine before playing which involved a lot of discussion, watching replays, and breaking down key moments.

“We Have a System in OG Where We Want Everyone to be Heard,” says Ceb

On 6th February, OG’s Ceb sat down with Bkop and Lacoste in a post-game interview after OG’s win over nouns. Ceb started the interview with a light joke about not being handed the MVP and then proceeded to break down OG’s routine before a big series. He reflected on the poor start that OG had in the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai tournament and said that it was a much-needed win for the team. Ceb added, “Not gonna lower our guard, I think we’re still catching up to the better teams of this tournament so still have a lot of work to do. So yeah, we definitely could use this win.”

Interestingly, Bkop, wanting to know more asked Ceb who was the lead during these pre-game discussions.

Replying to this, Ceb said, “It’s mainly me, I guess I think the main responsibility and everyone brings input, Misha brings input and the players are also actually very valuable. They bring a lot of input, they have a lot of ideas. Everyone has kinda their own opinion. We have a system in OG where we want everyone to be heard and to also speak what they seek because I think it’s important. We don’t really believe in this one-man ruling and everyone listening. Of course, sometimes it has to be but ideally, everyone gets their piece in and we build with that piece.”

After OG’s loss against Azure Ray and BetBoom Team, the win over nouns gave it a much-needed confidence boost. Bkop asked Ceb what was the mindset of the players and Ceb then joked that “hands are sweaty. Because basically you gotta win, you know?.” But, on a serious note, Ceb said that OG has been working with the limited time it has and whatever happens, the team deserves it.

OG eventually went on to lose against Xtreme Gaming and is slated to face off against Team Spirit on the last day of the group stages. OG is currently in the last standing of group B table and is facing the risk of elimination.
