TNC Predator shall debut its newest roster at the TI11 SEA Regional Qualifiers.

After announcing the departure of Yuri Dave "Yowe" Pacaña following the conclusion of its campaign in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) South East Asia (SEA) 2021/2022 Tour 3, TNC Predator announced the addition of Joshua "Asta" Torres to its roster for the upcoming The International 2022 (TI11) SEA Regional Qualifiers. Asta was brought in to officially replace Yowe, as the latter parted ways with the team after a disappointing DPC campaign. Asta will be playing alongside TNC Predator as the team attempts to qualify for TI11 through the SEA Regional Qualifiers.

Asta Announced as Replacement for Yowe for the Upcoming Qualifiers.

The transfer window ahead of TI11 continues as teams who did not directly qualify are given a final chance to revamp their rosters for the upcoming Regional Qualifiers. In the SEA region, TNC Predator announced that carry Asta will be replacing Yowe for the upcoming qualifiers as the organization attempts to qualify for TI11 via Regional Qualifiers.

“As one chapter ends, another begins. We formally welcome Joshua "Asta" Torres to our TNC Predator Family as our official carry player! He displayed exceptional expertise during his stand-in phase in our previous matches, which resulted in positive outcomes and proves that he is worthy of bearing the flames of the Phoenix.” said TNC Predator in their announcement post on Twitter.

TNC Predator announced the departure of Yowe yesterday following a disappointing DPC campaign which saw them being relegated from Division I to being eliminated from Division II in a span of three tours, meaning that TNC Predator will have to play a closed qualifier to return to Division II for next season after the conclusion of TI11. Asta, having previously played for Neon Esports during the second tour of the SEA 2021/2022 Tour stood in for TNC Predator in July as it finished fifth in the ESL One Malaysia 2022 Southeast Asia: Closed Qualifier and placed first in the Moon Studio Asian Tigers 3.

TNC Predator’s Finalized Roster Shall Debut in the TI11 SEA Regional Qualifiers.

After the announcement, the finalized roster of TNC Predator is as follows:

  1. Joshua "Asta" Torres

  2. Krish "Krish" Gupta

  3. Jun "Bok" Kanehara

  4. Juan "BDz" Manalo

  5. Bryle "mavis" Alvizo

The newly announced roster will be looking to make a statement at the TI11 SEA Regional Qualifiers as the team shall be looking to qualify for TI11 via the qualifiers. However, its journey won’t be easy as it will face strong opposition from teams such as Talon Esports, Team SMG, RSG and T1 whose roster is not finalized as of this moment. Expect more roster shuffle news as the month progresses.
