Top 5 Dota 2 Players at the Conclusion of the WePlay AniMajor Group Stage
5. Gabbi
Kim "Gabbi" Villafuerte has been the most consistent performer on TNC Predator’s side. His performance in TNC's games has been stellar, especially during the laning phase. Despite his proficiency in traditional carry heroes, it has been these unorthodox heroes that have brought him a lot of success in the WePlay AniMajor. The player has shined in games where he was asked to play using non-meta carries like the Position 1 Magnus and the Position 1 Axe dominating his opponents.

The one-two punch that Gabbi and Armel deliver, has led TNC Predator to punch above their weight in certain matchups against Tier 1 teams like Team Nigma and played a pivotal role in securing a berth in the playoffs.
4. Arteezy
While Evil Geniuses’ players like Abed and iceiceice have looked relatively relaxed in their performances which is perhaps due to the fact that the TI10 slot is secured, Artour "Arteezy" Babaev, has seemingly been giving his best. Arteezy has been styling on his signature Illusion heroes like Phantom Lancer, Naga Siren, and Terrorblade in the Major, having an 80% plus win rate on them. On non-Illusion heroes as well, he has come out ahead in the laning phases while also using this early lead to make some sick rotations.

It will be interesting to see if he can carry forward this momentum heading into the playoffs.
3. XinQ
Thanks to consistently strong performance for PSG.LGD as the roaming support, Zhao "XinQ" Zixing has looked increasingly successful in 2021. XinQ has been competing in the Chinese Dota 2 scene since 2014, but he has truly exploded onto the scene in the last months. Besides having a large pool of heroes, he was able to have a high level of game impact throughout the course of the group stages.

2. Miracle-
Team Nigma’s fans had been elated to hear the news of Miracle-’s return to the midlane. However, there were still doubts about whether he could still pull off some breathtaking plays on his foregone signature heroes like Invoker. But in the ongoing WePlay AniMajor, Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi has proven that he has still got it, destroying his opponents in the midlane. His constant rotations and playmaking ability also keep enemies from gaining a foothold in games against Nigma, giving them an inherent advantage.

1. NothingToSay
Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang was a lesser-known midlaner in the international scene before the start of the WePlay AniMajor. However, he has ultimately proven himself as not only the best midlaner but also the best player at this event. Whether it's farming efficiency, laning prowess in a 1v1 midlane matchup, teamfight execution, or spellcasting ability, he will bring it to the table. Lina and Magnus have been his signature heroes and PSG.LGD’s opponents should consider banning them as early in the draft as possible.

In addition to the top five players mentioned above, players like MinD_ContRoL, poyoyo, and Armel have also been delivered flawless performances. Coming up in the playoffs, it will be intriguing to see which players will shine and give their teams the crucial victories they need.
