Black N Yellow was the underdogs coming into the series against Quincy Crew. They had received a power spike with EternaLEnVy’s addition in the carry role, but the team was still considered to be the underdogs in the matchup against the Singapore Major participant - Quincy Crew.

However, Black N Yellow outwitted their opponents in the first match by taking down all their barracks at the 44-minute mark. With a 13,000+ networth lead and EternaLEnVy having an insane amount of farm on Wraith King, Black N Yellow looked on track to pull off an upset in the first game.

However, EternaLEnVy was the only player on his team with a considerable amount of farm, whereas his teammates sat on the middle and bottom portions of the networth ladder. Quincy Crew, despite conceding megacreeps, came out ahead in any teamfights in the next 20 minutes, which had ironically left Black N Yellow stranded in their base.

After losing the last crucial teamfight, EternaLEnVy tried for a base rush play but was taken down by the enemies before he could do any considerable damage to Quincy Crew’s Ancient. Black N Yellow lost the game in around 70 minutes despite recording such a huge lead.

Next, Black N Yellow tapped out of the second game in just 16 minutes after losing all three lanes, conceding the series 2-0.

The first game was an EternaLEnVy classic as the game involved megacreeps, insanity and an incredible comeback. However, this time, the Canadian was at the receiving end of this fightback by Quincy Crew.
