A Telegram group, DOTA_DM, found evidence of not only the cosmetic but also Hoodwink’s Aghanim’s Shard and Scepter. This was shared on Reddit by u/muk_as.
Images of the hero’s new skills, as a result of the Scepter and the Shard, were portrayed. The two skills are potentially named “Heavy Quiver” and “Hunters Boomerang.”

Named as “Spring2021”, it was speculated that this would be a custom game mode that would have guns, ammo, bombs, and other elements of a shooter game, like CS:GO.
