TNC Predator’s former manager, Jim Paulo Sy, has returned to the organization as their performance coach. Jim had stepped down as TNC Predator’s manager in 2018 and had been working as the organization’s Vice President for Operations ever since. However, in a Facebook post from earlier today, on March 17, 2021, the Filipino revealed that he had now agreed to become the team’s performance coach after the team’s position four player, Timothy John "Tims'' Randrup, offered him this role. Jim mentioned that Tims had asked him to participate in TNC’s rebuilding process after they parted ways with Febby and kpii.

As the team’s performance coach, Jim will be focusing on the non-Dota 2 aspects. He stated that he felt good to be back with the team after “3 years of supporting the team in the sidelines and handling the company's business-related matters.”

While talking about his role in the team and the team’s performance in the past three years in the Facebook post, Jim stated that he was shocked when Tims offered him to become a part of their rebuilding and guidance process. This was because the Filipino already had his plans set for 2021.

Feeling instinctive towards joining this new role, Jim stated.

“Teaching and coaching is something that's very close to my heart. I have always thought that this is something which I want to do long-term. In fact, back in January, I decided that I will use my spare time this year to study and widen my knowledge about coaching not knowing that this big opportunity awaits.”

In the end, he thanked the entire TNC organization for providing him with this opportunity.
