The coveted Dota 2 Aegis of Champions replica and Baby Roshan awards are reportedly going to be delivered to their deserving players in March 2021. As per an email from CMD Vault, which is entrusted by Valve to deliver these two Battle Pass rewards to the players, Aegis Replica and Baby Roshan statue’s timely delivery in January was impacted due to the pandemic and is now scheduled in March 2021.

Aegis Replica and Baby Roshan’s arrival date revealed

Battle pass collectibles, Aegis Replica and Baby Roshan, which are rewarded to Battle Pass owners who reach level 1000 and 2000 respectively, are reportedly going to be delivered in March.

A Reddit user, u/trololonya, created a thread where he shared a mail from CMD Vault that contained information about the delivery of the 2020 Battle Pass rewards. 

While mentioning that the scheduled delivery is in March, they asked the user to confirm his address. It also stated that the user would be provided with the tracking information on his registered email ID once the shipment was dispatched. 


What is the Aegis Replica and Baby Roshan?

The Aegis of the Champions is the trophy awarded to The International (TI) winners every year in August. From TI5 Battle Pass, a 1/5th sized replica of this trophy, is awarded to Dota 2 players who cross level 1000 in the Battle Pass.

A Collector’s Baby Roshan is a miniature physical statue of Roshan, which is rewarded to players who cross level 2000 in the Battle Pass before the Grand Finals of the related TI.

The 2020 Battle Pass broke records for the highest prize pool in esports’ history by crossing the $40 million USD mark. However, TI10 was postponed from August 2020 to August 2021 with exact dates yet to be revealed. This is the first time these two Battle Pass rewards are being distributed before the related TI has taken place.
