VP Save- talks about his former captain, Solo’s leadership
The new young squad of Virtus.pro has been on a roll since they were signed as the organization's main team in November 2020. They immediately made headlines by defeating the best teams in the world to win EPIC League Division 1 in December 2020.
Their start to CIS-DPC 2021 S1 has also been a solid one as they won both of their initial series against Team Empire and Live to Win.
After the victory over Live to win, Save- talked about his time under former VP captain Solo’s leadership, mentioning that even though there were some differences, he had learned a lot from him as the new captain for VP.
“I have learnt a lot from Solo. Yeah, there were some things where we disagreed with him. I have learnt a lot from him and now I am trying to make these things work in my team, try to teach my guys how to play Dota, that experience I got from previous VP squad.”
He further mentioned what exactly he had learned from his ex-captain.
“I mean a lot of things but the main thing is that like to say all of your team to make one thing at some moment, it might be some minute 15, some minute 20. We like just say, guys let’s do this one thing and nobody is doing some random shit on the map. Just do one thing and do it together. That’s like the main important thing that I have learnt so that your team can work like one fist, you know.”
