Team Secret have become the champions of the OMEGA League: Europe Immortal Division after a flawless run through the tournaments, where they did not even drop a single series. They beat OG 3-0 in the Grand Finals of the tournament to claim the championship and $200,000 USD in prize winnings.

OG vs Team Secret - Grand Finals - Omega League EU Immortal Division
After they made their way through the Winner Bracket Finals beating Nigma 2-1, OG were thoroughly outclassed in the Grand Finals. Team Secret’s dominance showcased that OG still had some way to go before they could challenge them at the top.
The first game was perhaps the closest one in the series, with OG managing to match Team Secret’s pace in the early-mid game phases. However, superior execution in teamfights with expert kiting of MidOne’s Sven, allowed Team Secret to take control of the late game and claim a 1-0 lead in the Grand Finals.
In the second game, OG got caught by a surprise Outworld Devourer pick for Nisha. OD hasn’t really seen much play in the current meta, but it proved to be a checkmate of sorts against OG’s lineup which heavily relied on single-target damage. Despite MidOne’s significant farm on his Troll Warlord, he was kited at every turn as his team fell apart in multiple teamfights. Team Secret closed out the game in just under 30 minutes to claim a 2-0 lead.
The third game was just a complete outdraft from Puppey and company. OG’s lineup did not seem convincing right from the get-go and fell apart within the first 10 minutes as Team Secret easily finished off the game in just under 23 minutes to win the series and the championship.
With this win and their dominance throughout the tournament, Team Secret has proved that they’re still the biggest dogs in the region and perhaps the world. It is certainly going to take something special to dethrone the European kings.
With cross-regional play suspended, for the time being, it has to be one of the other European teams who will have to take a shot at it.
