In an unexpected move, Valve released the 7.27d patch for Dota 2 nerfing multiple overpowered heroes who have been seen frequently in the professional Dota 2 scene, like the Doom, Dark Seer, Magnus, Spectre and more. The biggest winners of this patch according to Dotabuff are actually Medusa and Mars who received Minor buffs on paper. This just shows how much of a delicately balanced game Dota 2 actually is, when small changes have such a big influence on the winrates of these heroes.
