Ninjas in Pyjamas showed appreciation towards Team Liquid by temporarily dedicating their CS:GO Twitter account to them.
This took place after Team Liquid defeated FURIA in a really close series, which ensured NIP a slot in the ESL Pro League Season 14 - Playoffs.
NIP even shared a meme on the topic later, becoming the last CS:GO team to qualify for the playoffs after a bumpy group stage.

The group stage of ESL Pro League Season 14 has concluded as all the qualifying teams are set to face off against each other in the playoffs. Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) was one of the last teams to make it through the group stage, all thanks to Team Liquid who managed to beat FURIA in a tight best-of-three series. To celebrate this achievement, the Swedish esports organization temporarily rebranded their CS:GO Twitter account, dedicating it to Liquid in order to show their gratitude and appreciation.

The community enjoyed this wholesome moment thoroughly, appreciating both the teams for such friendly banter and just having fun. Something that they feel is absent from most CS:GO organizations in the scene at the moment.

NIP celebrates playoffs slot by dedicating CS:GO Twitter account to Team Liquid

The last day of the ESL Pro League Season 14 - Group Stage was quite the thriller as 'Group-D' had some tight competition for the last playoffs qualifying slot. NIP, after handing Gambit a clean '2-0' loss were still on the verge of getting eliminated if the Brazilian organization FURIA took down Team Liquid.

However, Liquid, despite a really close face-off, managed to beat FURIA who were playing with their coach Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira as a stand-in. The match went into overtime on the last map where Liquid came back from a '11-15' deficit to win the map '19-17'.

This ensured that NIP were the last team from 'Group-D' to qualify for the ESL Pro League Season 14 - Playoffs. To celebrate this achievement which they managed to secure despite a bumpy group stage, NIP temporarily changed the profile picture on their CS:GO Twitter account to that of Team Liquid's as a form of appreciation.

They even shared a meme of the same, as Liquid's loss would have eliminated them from the tournament and FURIA would have been the ones walking through to the next phase of the competition.

Liquid's win helps NIP qualify for playoffs

The appreciation shown by NIP and the way both these organizations generally use their social media presence, was pointed out by the community members as being the best among all the CS:GO teams.

Following the 'Group-D' matches, the playoff stage of the tournament is now all set to take place from 7th to 12th September. Na'Vi, Heroic, OG, and Gambit Esports have directly secured a slot in the quarterfinals as rest of the teams face-off in the Round of 12.
