Movistar Riders' CS:GO player mopoz has confirmed Valve requesting their signatures for the player stickers.
Earlier, leaked reports had stated that all the Entropiq CS:GO players had submitted their signatures to Valve for the autograph capsules.
The PGL Major Stockholm 2021 is scheduled to start from 26th October onwards, leaving Valve with just six days to release the cosmetic items.

There has been a lot of back and forth within the CS:GO community recently with regards to the player autograph stickers for the first CS:GO Major in over two years. The PGL Major Stockholm 2021 is scheduled to start in six days time from 26th October onwards, leaving the fans pretty impatient for an update on the 'Autograph Capsules' situation.

While the community discusses how crucial these CS:GO stickers are for the growth of smaller teams and upcoming players, Movistar Riders' entry fragger Alejandro "mopoz" Fernández-Quejo Cano has confirmed their imminent arrival.

The 25-year-old took to Twitter yesterday on 19th October, to publicly state that Valve had reached out to them (Movistar Riders) requesting their signatures for the CS:GO stickers. Something that had been previously reported by other players and teams as well.

Mopoz came forward yesterday to share that the Movistar Riders roster was requested by Valve to submit their signatures for the stickers, while stating "That is it, it is already official!"

This development comes barely a week before the Major is scheduled to begin on 26th October. The entire community had conducted several discussions on the topic since the conclusion of the last RMR tournament, IEM Fall 2021, and this update can now grant folks a sense of relief.

Earlier, reports had been leaked about the entire CS:GO roster of Entropiq having submitted their signatures to Valve for the player autographed stickers.

With multiple similar reports surfacing, the community seems positive that Valve might actually be working on the player stickers, which are an integral part of the Majors.

Popular CS:GO talent and streamer Jacob "Pimp" Winneche while speaking on the situation a week back had said that,

I don't know at all if Valve will publish team stickers, and or player stickers. But I do know this: If not, that's a massive blow to the ecosystem for CS:GO teams.

He also pointed out that the revenue generated from the sales of these player and team oriented cosmetics is a very important part of the budget for many teams competing at the Major.

Even during the online phase of competitive CS:GO, which witnessed the cancellation of the Rio Major, Valve had supported the players and teams by releasing autographed stickers - 2020 RMR Contenders, and 2020 RMR Challengers, and 2020 RMR Legends.

With a week more to go it will be interesting to see when Valve releases the autograph capsule as folks are hoping it is something Valve have planned for the Major and are actively working towards to that end.
