00Nation signs fer to complete their CS:GO roster after benching the Brazilian twins HEN1 and LUCAS1.
Fer along with 00Nation will be seen competing at both IEM Winter: European Open Qualifier 2 and Funspark ULTI 2021 Europe Season 4.

Brazilian entry fragger Fernando "fer" Alvarenga is back in action on a permamnent basis as he joins the ranks of 00Nation (ZeroZero Nation). He will be returning to competitive CS:GO after more than four months, following his two tournament stint as a stand-in with Brazilian esports organization, Imperial Esports.

The 29-year-old has not played a lot of Counter-Strike at a professional level since his departure from MIBR (Made in Brazil) in December last year. This will certainly be a test for the two times Major winner, with the team counting on his experience to help shape their future as they miss out on the upcoming PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

00Nation since being acquired by the Norwegian esports organization, Nordavind, earlier this year in July has not been able to take off. The team is struggling to find its place within the North American circuit, placing last at the recently concluded IEM Fall 2021: NA following a '0-5' finish in the group stage.

This forced the organization to make a couple of changes. The Brazilian twins Henrique "HEN1" Teles and Lucas "LUCAS1" Teles are being benched to make way for the experienced entry fragger fer.

With this change, the organization has managed to keep its identity as a completely Brazilian lineup, while also returning to a five-man team with no extra players in its midst.

This also marks the return of fer to the competitive circuit properly as a permanent member of a team after almost a year. He did have brief stints with Brazilian teams Boom Esports and Imperial Esports, but those were in the capacity of a stand-in only for a few tournaments.

Fer seems to be excited as he stated "HELLO WORLD" via his official Twitter account to mark his arrival back onto the competitive circuit. Expectations will be high from both him and the team going forward, as they step out for the first time at the IEM Winter: European Open Qualifier 2 later today, followed by participation in Funspark ULTI 2021 Europe Season 4 as well.
