This qualifier is a part of the DreamHack Summer 2022 taking place in Jönköping, Sweden. It will witness participation from 16 CS:GO teams, each one of them having made their way through various regional qualifiers and then the top six shall move forward to the main event. As all teams belong to different regions, they will be competing in an offline format in front of a live audience.

Though the ESL Pro League Season 16 is still far way away and shall commence at the end of August later this year, the competition for securing the available open slots has already begun, six of them on the line for the teams competing in the upcoming ESL Pro League Conference Season 16.

Teams

All the 16 CS:GO teams participating in this tournament have qualified for it through various regional qualifiers including both ESL Challengers and ESEA Divisional tournaments. However, only the top six teams will be moving ahead to the main event.

Format

ESL Pro League Conference Season 16 will be a single-stage qualifier tournament set to take place in a studio environment at the Elmia Studio located in Jönköping, Sweden. Here is how it will be played out,

  • All the 16 competing teams will go up against each other in a double elimination bracket where every match will be a best-of-three series.

  • The upper bracket will witness qualification of four teams, while the remaining two teams will be qualifying through the lower bracket.
