CS:GO Stars S1mple, ZywOo, Dev1ce Play Together to Raise Funds for Ukraine

CS:GO stars Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut, and Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz have come together as a team for raising funds in support of Ukraine.

A charity CS:GO tournament called Born To Be Brave is being hosted by Ukrainian esports organization NAVI (Natus Vincere). Several players from nine teams have come forward to participate in this fundraiser for UNITED24, including the three legendary snipers.

This is the first time ever that the three of them would be competing together as part of the same team along with Helvijs "broky" Saukants and Ihor "w0nderful" Zhdanov.

S1mple, ZywOo, Dev1ce to compete as a team for the first time ever in charity CS:GO tournament

Born To Be Brave is a charity CS:GO tournament by NAVI with a unique format where four teams comprising of players from nine different teams will be taking on each other with an objective to raise funds for UNITED24, an initiative by the President of Ukraine to collect charitable donations in support of Ukraine.

The nine CS:GO teams that are part of this initiative are as follows,

4. Team Vitality

5. NAVI

6. Fnatic

7. BIG

8. Astralis

9. MOUZ

Four teams have been assembled to compete in this charity tournament, the twist is that all teams comprise of players from one specific role and have been given monikers to highlight the same.

• One Shot - AWP

• Go Kill - Entry Fraggers

As expected, the quintet of snipers mentioned above will be a part of Team One Shot.

The one day event will initially follow a best-of-one, single-elimination format, the two qualifying teams then taking on each other in a best-of-three grand finals.

It will be interesting to see team from which role will be able to clinch victory in this tournament which is aimed towards a charitable cause but also has a fun concept attached to it.
