B1ad3 had lost a 1v1 clutch against Zeus which triggered s1mple real bad as he deleted him from Steam at the LAN tournament itself.

Canadian CS:GO caster Mohan "launders" Govindasamy recently shared an interesting story about one of the best Counter-Strike players in the world Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev. The incident revolves around s1mple and his current coach in Na'Vi Andrii "B1ad3" Gorodenskyi, who were teammates in FlipSid3 Tactics back in 2015. According to launders, B1ad3 lost a 1v1 clutch against former Na'Vi in-game leader Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko, following which s1mple got really upset as he deleted B1ad3 from his Steam friend list and went on to quit the team itself. This incident took place at Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) 2015 which was s1mple's last match for FlipSid3 Tactics as they finished 3rd-4th at the event.

Launders shares story about s1mple quitting FlipSid3 Tactics

Despite being talented since he went professional, s1mple was not always the calm and logical player that he is today. There are several instances of his previously toxic personality that is well known to both his fans and community members.

The 23-year-old has worked hard both within and outside the server, standing as a true example of what a person can achieve if they truly put in the effort to work on themselves.

In a recent stream, popular CS:GO talent launders shared an anecdote from 2015 when s1mple and B1ad3 used to be teammates in FlipSid3 Tactics. While competing at ESWC 2015, they found themselves against Na'Vi in the semifinals of the tournament.

FlipSid3 had already lost its map pick Mirage, while they were struggling bad on Inferno. Na'Vi was leading with a score of '15-1', when b1ad3 lost a crucial 1v1 in quite an unusual manner which triggered s1mple really bad.

According to launders, s1mple went on to tweet that "I can't believe, players that have this much experience can do things that are this stupid" and followed this up by deleting B1ad3 from his Steam account at the LAN tournament itself.

Not just this, s1mple also left FlipSid3 Tactics immediately after this tournament as he went on to play for a team called Evolution a week later.

But as time passed, all the three players involved in this incident came together under the banner of Na'Vi. Zeus still leading the team as the IGL, s1mple as a talented young AWPer with immense potential, and B1ad3 as their coach to guide them from the backlines.
