Complexity Gaming has undergone a roster change for the upcoming IEM Winter Europe Closed Qualifier. The organization, after failing to qualify for the PGL Major Stockholm 2021, is switching things up to pull off better performances at the remaining events. As a result, Valentin "poizon" Vasilev has been dropped by Complexity after having played with the team for almost two years.
He has temporarily been replaced by the experienced Finnish sniper Aleksi "allu" Jalli, who has been loaned by ENCE specifically for the IEM Winter Europe Closed Qualifier. The 29-year-old will be playing with Complexity in the capacity of a stand-in, with there being a chance of him going up against his former organization.
Complexity Gaming's CS:GO roster undergoes changes as allu replaces poizon
The international CS:GO roster of Complexity Gaming is gearing up for some wins before the year comes to an end, as the organization undergoes multiple changes.
Allu makes his way into the roster as a stand-in, to replace poizon. Complexity after 2 years has parted ways with poizon. Allu, the experienced Finnish marksmen, has been loaned by ENCE for now as Complexity are looking into testing him out before arriving at a confirmation.
The 29-year-old has been away from competitive CS:GO for more than five months now, and he is all set to make his return later today. He had taken a leave of absence back in May due to personal reasons, following which he was dropped from the active roster permanently with Olek "hades" Miskiewicz replacing him.
Since then ENCE has gone on to qualify for the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 while also placing second at the recently concluded IEM Fall 2021: Europe. Allu will also be rearing to get back and compete once again, but has not commented publicly on his scheduled return so far.
On the other hand, poizon who is now a free agent was thankful to Complexity for giving him the opportunity to showcase his talent. The 22-year-old while speaking about his future said that he is taking a few days off after which he will decide as to what comes next.
The Complexity roster now boasts multiple talented and experienced international players through which the team should be able to register satisfactory results. All eyes shall be upon them to see if they can recover from their slump or whether they continue to fall even deeper.
The Complexity Gaming CS:GO roster for the IEM Winter Europe Closed Qualifier is as follows:
