S1mple's Twitch stream sets a new personal viewership record
The second best CS:GO player of 2020 - s1mple, is an inspiration to many in the gaming community. The 23-year-old has come a long way since his time in Team Liquid both inside the server and as a human being. Though s1mple does not stream on a regular basis, he tends to attract a large number of viewers whenever he tunes in on Twitch.
The CS:GO community likes to go and watch his stream where s1mple entertains them with some nutty plays, helpful tips, and just connects with them on a more personal level. The Ukrainian was returning to the platform yesterday after a gap of almost ten days due to him participating in the recently concluded BLAST Premier: Global Final 2020.
And what a reception did he receive, registering a peak concurrent viewership of 59,697 as users came in to watch s1mple play, congratulating him on winning a huge tournament along with Na’Vi while also commending his solo prowess which led to him being named as the MVP of the tournament.
This has set a new personal Twitch viewership record for the Ukrainian star who in December last year had attained a peak of 49,704 viewers, his highest at that point. S1mple’s Twitch stream also boasts an average concurrent viewership of 38,618 viewers in the last seven days, during which he has managed to gain 9,765 followers.

With a total of 2.1 million followers on his Twitch channel, s1mple is hands down one of the biggest CS:GO streamers on the platform. His only weakness is the language that he sometimes uses while streaming, which goes against Twitch’s ToS (Terms of Service) and has landed him 4 ‘seven days’ bans since Aug 2019.
