Tyloo Wins Perfect World Asia League Summer 2020
The second Major qualifier which started last month on 24th June has finally come to an end with Tyloo walking away as the champions. The Chinese organization after losing to the Mongolian lineup of Tiger in the finals of ESL One: Road to Rio - Asia last time around, has improved their performance and shown that they are still the best in Asia.
After a near-perfect group stage at PAL Summer 2020, Tyloo were already looking quite dominant as they continued to deliver strong performances throughout the playoffs as well. Invictus Gaming who were the only team to have defeated them in the group stage were looking quite determined to rack up some points after missing out on the previous qualifier, but despite fantastic individual performances from the trio of Peng 'xiaosaGe' Song, PeiQi “flying” Song, and JiaMing “DeStRoYeR” Gu, Invictus failed to achieve victory over Tyloo.
The Mongolian roster who many believed to be the strongest CS:GO team in Asia just a month back seem to have spoken too soon as Tiger had an overall disappointing run through this tournament. Which has worked well for Tyloo who has successfully restored their lost reputation on the back of multiple solid performances.
