The North American esports organization Dignitas, who was reported to soon make a comeback into competitive counter-strike a few days back, seem to have found their last remaining player to complete the speculated lineup.

As per reports via dbltap.com and as heard by Jesper "JW" Wecksell on the HLTV Confirmed podcast, Christopher “GeT_RiGhT” Alesund might be the final member to join the Dignitas lineup, which is speculated to consist of other players like Adam “friberg” Friberg, Richard “Xizt” Landstrom, Patrick “f0rest” Lindberg, and Hakon “hallzerk” Fjaerli.

While the Norwegian AWPer hallzerk seems to have been already purchased by the organization on a trial basis, no specific news has been reported about the other players. Two of whom, GeT_RiGhT and friberg are free agents, while the remaining two are still under contract with Fnatic and NiP.

This rumoured roster is just one member shy of being the exact copy of the legendary Ninjas in Pyjamas roster who secured an eighty-seven map win streak. The missing member, Robin “Fifflaren” Johansson last played for a short period of two-months in mid-2019 with a team called Old Guys Club but has not stepped into the professional circuit since late 2014.

So while Xizt might be on Fnatic’s bench, this is not the case with f0rest who is actively playing for NiP, slated for multiple tournaments over the course of the next weeks.

This leads to two possible outcomes, either the Dignitas lineup might be coming out sometime next year or the speculation of f0rest joining the team could be inaccurate. Either way, the return of Dignitas after more than a year of absence surely has the community excited as more teams enter the competitive circuit.
