The North American esport organization Dignitas are targetting a comeback into competitive counter-strike once again after dropping their entire squad last year in August. According to a report by dbltap.com, Dignitas is targetting a line-up featuring Adam “friberg” Friberg, Richard “Xizt” Landstrom, Patrick “f0rest” Lindberg, and Hakon “hallzerk” Fjaerli.

According to the report, hallzerk has already been acquired by Dignitas and is expected to join the organization on a trial basis. The remaining three players are speculated to join their roster, but it won’t be an easy grab for the organization as friberg is the only free agent at the moment.

Both Xizt and f0rest are still under contract with Fnatic and Ninjas in Pyjamas, so a buy out needs to be set to get them onboard. It will be interesting to see if Dignitas are ready to go through with these transfer agreements, knowing that they have been absent from the scene for more than a year.

Xizt has been on the bench for about three months now and it will be great to see him team up with f0rest, both of whom have played together before, being a part of the legendary 87-win streak line-up.

With EG and 100Thieves enjoying a great comeback, and OG CS:GO along with Secret ready to step-in as well, Dignitas surely has a tough road ahead for themselves even after announcing their comeback.

For now, let’s see if these speculations turn out to be true and if they do, then who is the most likely candidate that they might pick as their fifth player?
