Wild Rift Competitive has announced a $7000 Wild Rift tournament for the SEA region called Wild Rift Asia League. The tournament will go on for the next four weeks and conclude on 7th February 2021. Popular streamer Assassin Dave will be a caster for the tournament which will be streamed live on Trovo. The prize pool also includes a Wild Core giveaway.
Format Of Wild Rift Asia League
Wild Rift Asia League will start with an open qualifier which will feature 24 teams divided into 4 groups of 6 players each. The 5 players from the starting roster will have to be Diamond and above in season 0 and at least one player has to stream the game on Trovo.
The group stage of the tournament will see 16 teams divided into 4 groups of four players each. 24 Matches will happen in a round-robin format with two matches on Friday (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and 3 matches per day on the weekends (4:30 PM - 10:00 PM). All times are listed are in KRT / GMT + 9.
The playoffs stage will see 8 teams battle it out in a Double Elimination format with 14 matches taking place overall. The Semifinal is scheduled on 4th and 5th February and will be a best of 3 while the Semifinal on 6th will be a best of 5. The Grand finals will happen on 7th February and will be a best of 7.

Prize Pool for Wild Rift Asia League
The total prize pool is $7000 with the first place walking away with $3000.
- Winner: $3000
- Runner-up: $1500
- Second Runner-up: $1000
- 4th Place: $600
- 5th-6th Place: $300 each
- 7th-8th Place: $150 each
The tournament will also feature a 50,000 Wild Core giveaway, 10,000 for each day till Grand Finals and a total of 20,000 will be given out for the Grand Finals.
