Call of Duty: Mobile is gearing up for its first-anniversary update. Season 11 will bring a host of new features, maps, gameplay improvements, and of course, the Season 11 Battle Pass. The season is expected to roll out 2 days from now on 14th October.
New Game Modes And Maps In Season 11 Of Call Of Duty: Mobile
A new 'Cranked' game mode for multiplayer matches is being introduced in this update. This mode was originally introduced in the Call of Duty Ghosts and it is very similar to Team Deathmatch but with a twist. Gamers will have 30 seconds to kill an enemy or they will explode. Each kill helps you earn bonus points. As players rack up kills, their mobility and reload speed increases, letting players snowball.
There will be a few new maps releasing with this update. The classic map ‘King’ from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will let players have some intense 1v1s and 2v2s.
Following the Halloween-theme, Call of Duty: Mobile hinted on Twitter that the Standoff Halloween map would be returning for Season 11. Standoff is a nostalgic map for many Call of Duty players, so it makes sense for the developers to bring it back again this year. The update will also feature a new Alcatraz map and night-mode maps.
New Weapons And Skins In The Update
The battle pass for season 11 will have four characters as usual, but the actual highlight is the new MSMC and Chicom skins in the game. Leaks for a new sniper named NA-45 have been doing the rounds since 2019, but it seems like the gun is finally here. The following are some of the weapons that were found in the game files and might make their way into the Season 11 update:
- 48-Dredge LMG
- M249 SAW
New Perk and New Score-streak in Call of Duty: Mobile
There will be new perks introduced in the new season including Overkill, which lets players carry two primary weapons instead of a secondary weapon and Re-Stock which lets players replenish 1 extra Combat Axe. Equipment gets recharged after 20 seconds. As far as the new scorestreak goes, Call of Duty: Mobile Season 11 will bring an Advanced UAV. It is different from a normal UAV as it remains on the map permanently and also tells the direction of the player’s faces. It is certainly a great score-streak for team players.
