The PUBG Mobile scene in India has been quite active in the past couple of years. With several new organizations coming up and older ones recruiting new members, all eyes are on the lineups as the teams prepare for the upcoming tournaments like Red Bull M.E.O. Season 3: India. There have been several roster shuffles in the month of August 2020.

8bit’s Roster Shuffle

8bit which is owned and managed by popular PUBG Mobile streamer/influencer 8bit_Thug And Goldy is one of the oldest esports organizations in India. Their PUBG Mobile rosters have gone through a number of changes in the month of August. In the month of June, 8bit had brought on coach iFlicks. However, on the 24th of this month, he was let go. The PUBG Mobile roster which consisted of Mafia, Beg4Mercy, AKSHU, YASH and Se7eN has also undergone a revamp. In an Instagram post, the organization announced the roster shuffle.

NeoNyke and OMEGA are the new recruits while AkshaT was transferred over from UMumba eSports. AKSHU has been retained from the previous squad.

Noble Esports

The United States-based esports organisation Noble Esports announced a new PUBG MOBILE squad. The organisation acquired an all-Indian roster, recruiting upcoming players Rohan 'Sycho' Sahu, Savi Singh, Sourav Mondal and Sudip Halder.

Sycho has been designated the in-game leader (IGL) of the squad. He will also serve as the team’s Sniper while Sudip will fill the role of a primary Fragger/Assaulter. Sourav is the team’s DMR specialist and. He and Savi will be the Supports for the team. Before joining Noble Esports, the players had participated in PMIS 2020 as ‘Team Falcon’. The team ended up making it to the quarter-finals but couldn’t advance to the Semis. They finished at the bottom of Group A with just 25 points and five kills in six games. It still remains unclear which tournament Noble Esports decides to debut its squad.

Noble had active rosters for multiple gaming titles including Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Halo, League of Legends, DOTA 2, World of Tanks, Rocket League and Heroes Of The Storm.

ElementriX and other roster shuffles

ElementriX’s PUBG Mobile squad also had a minor roster shuffle. OnTop, the team’s Assaulter bid farewell to the organisation. Their current roster features MrHYOZU, Inception, Orange and PooPooMan.

LegStump has gone through a major roster shuffle. The organisation decided to let go of 3 members of their PUBG Mobile rosters including ARTEMIS, DangiOP and JoKeR. ARTEMIS was the assaulter for the team while DangiOP and JoKeR were Support and Sniper respectively. LegStump failed to crack the top 16 in the recently concluded PUBG Mobile Club Open India 2020.
