ESL Mobile Open Presented By AT&T Returns For Season 6

ESL, one of the world’s largest esports organisers, has announced the return of ESL Mobile Open for its 6th season. During its previous 5 seasons, ESL Mobile Open saw unprecedented growth seeing the player count cross the one million mark since its launch in March of 2019.

ESL Mobile Open presented by AT&T continues to offer amateur gamers across North America the chance to compete at the same stadium events as professional esports players and win rewards worth over $400,000.  

About ESL Mobile Open Season 6

ESL Mobile Open will host a wide variety of titles including Asphalt 9: Legends, Auto Chess, Clash of Clans and PUBG MOBILE. Asphalt 9: Legends will see the top 64 players will receive prizes. The total prize pool for Auto Chess is $30,000. Click here to register.

The first day of play kicked off on 9th August with the Open Qualifier period, which will continue till 5th September. Qualifying teams in each mobile title then go head to head in Closed Qualifiers from 6th September till 26th September. The best teams and players will then compete in the Online Playoffs which will be broadcasted live on Twitch and YouTube from 5th October to 23rd October. A special announcement regarding the Season 6 Finals is coming up in the next few weeks. No LAN events are being held for 2020 due to the global health crisis.

Asphalt 9: Legends

  • Qualifier one: 10th - 16th August
  • Qualifier two: 17th - 23rd August
  • Qualifier three: 31st August - 6th September
  • Qualifier four: 7th - 13th September
  • Playoffs one: 21st - 22nd September
  • Playoffs two: 26th - 27th September

Clash of Clans

  • Phase one (open qualifiers): 9th August - 5th September
  • Phase two (closed qualifiers): 8th - 15th September
  • Phase three (playoffs): 9th, 16th and 23rd October

PUBG Mobile

  • Phase one (open qualifiers): 9th August - 5th September
  • Phase two (closed qualifiers): 10th - 20th September
  • Phase three (playoffs): 5th, 12th and 19th October

Auto Chess

  • Phase one (open qualifiers): 8th August - 5th September
  • Phase two (closed qualifiers): 10th - 20th September
  • Phase three (playoffs): 7th, 14th, and 21st October
