Parachute Glitch Costs Unlucky Scout Yet Again

  • ScoutOP falls early after a parachute glitch costs him his life in a PMPL match.
  • This is the second time an incident like this has happened to the player.

Scout might be considered as one of the best players in the Indian PUBG MOBILE scene but it seems as if he is also one of the unluckiest. For the second time in a few months, Sc0utOP found himself to be the victim of a parachute glitch which led to an early demise for the player. Just like the first time the bug occurred on Sanhok, as Fnatic were attempting to drop into Bootcamp, their usual landing spot. This was the 5th game of day 1, week 2 at PMPL South Asia.

Scout’s parachute bugged out as the player found himself unable to land and when he finally did, he was teleported to a random place on the map and quickly finished off by a rival team. In a few short moments, he posted a clip of the incident on his Instagram, imploring the developers to fix glitches. While it might look funny to a few people, incidents like these are extremely harmful as they threaten the competitive integrity of a tournament. This is the second time the same issue affected Scout, with the first one taking place during this year’s PMCO.

Fnatic may have announced that this will be their last tournament with the team, but their fans still have high expectations from the side who they expect to go out with a bang. In fact, Fnatic ended up in 5th place and were one of the prime candidates to finish in the top 3. Who knows what they could have achieved with Scout playing for them?
