EVOS Legends picked up their second major trophy in less than a month's time as they were declared the champions of the M1 World Championship. The team won Season 4 of the Mobile Legends Professional League - Indonesia just 3 weeks ago and have now managed to go all the way again. In fact, the grand finalists of both competitions were the same, with EVOS taking on RRQ for a shot at the trophy. The dominance of both Indonesian teams should leave little doubt as to which in the strongest region for Mobile Legends.

While EVOS reached the finals without dropping a single game in the playoffs, RRQ made it there, having been dropped to the lower bracket after losing to their countrymen in the winner bracket finals. There, they took down, MPL Malaysia/Singapore champions, Todak to set up a grand finals clash with their arch rivals. The best of 7 grand finals was close, with both sides going blow for blow. It came down to the last game after the series was tied at 3-3, before Evos eventually wrapped it up.

For their win, EVOS Legends will take home 80,000 USD while RRQ get the runners up prize money of 40,000 USD.
