Season 4 of the Mobile Legends Professional League or MPL Indonesia came to an end with Evos Esports being crowned the champions. The squad dominated the league stage, topping the table and were unbeaten in the playoffs, securing a win. With this they qualify for the M1 World Championships along with RRQ, who placed second and also get the lion’s share of the USD 150,000 prize pool.
Evos were dominant throughput the league stage as well, topping the table with an 11-3 scoreline. In the playoffs, they started in the winner’s bracket semifinals, courtesy of a top two finish in the league stage. After taking Onic 2-1, Evos went up against RRQ twice, once in the winner bracket finals and once in the grand finals, winning both times with scores of 2-0 and 3-1.
EVOS won 30 games across the season, losing just 11 times
Evos and RRQ will now go on to represent Indonesia in the M1 World Championship, which has a $250,000 prize pool along with teams from other participating nations. Read more about the M1 World Championship here.
