The event which is scheduled to take place from 27 March - 4 April will witness 8 of the best Valorant teams from India, fight it out hard across multiple best-of-three series which will be following a double-elimination format. This is the third iteration of the tournament series which started back in Jan 2021 and so far Global Esports has managed to hold on to the title, winning both the past seasons against Godlike Esports and Team Mahi. TEC Valorant Invitational Season 3 Announced

The third season of the intense Valorant tournament, where select teams from across the country are directly invited to compete against each other has returned once again for its third season featuring an INR 300,000 ($4,141 approx.) prize pool. The 8 teams which have been directly invited this time around are as follows,

  • Global Esports
  • Enigma Gaming
  • Rebellious Gaming
  • S8ul Esports
  • Team Mahi
  • F1
  • Samurai Esports (Formerly known as XTZ Esports)
  • Patel Esports

The good mix of teams brings in a fresh breath of excitement as we have old and experienced teams like GE, Mahi, Enigma, and Samurai, along with some new contenders like S8ul, F1, Rebellious, and Patel, who are looking to make a name for themselves. While the fan favorites to win the tournament will once again be GE and Mahi, there is always a chance for an upset if the stars align for a particular newcomer.

Each match leading up to the final will be a three-game series except for the grand finale, which will be featuring a best-of-five faceoff. A double-elimination bracket ensures that we will not lose our favorite teams in an instant, a second life will be given to each team leading up to the final match.

The INR 300,000 ($4,141 approx.) prize pool will only be divided between the top four teams. So teams will be trying their best to at least reach the ‘Lower Bracket Round 3’ otherwise they will be going back empty-handed.
