However, a splendid Hoofstomp into Blackhole play by Tundra Esports turned the tide as OG went on to lose the second game and faltered in the third one as well. The two-time TI champions are now tied with Tundra Esports on the third spot in the points table with two wins in four series.

OG vs Tundra Esports: Match Recap, Highlights and Interview

Recap

Game 1 seemed to be slipping from OG’s hands in the laning phase as Tundra Esports had come out ahead. However, OG did not crumble to the offlane Broodmother pressure as they made flawless moves once they hit their initial item timings. It was a one-sided affair following that as the two-time TI champions secured the victory in 29 minutes.

Game 2 seemed to be slipping from Tundra Esports’ hands as OG had accumulated a massive lead with ana topping the networth chart on his signature Phantom Lancer. However, a magnificent Hook Stomp by 33 onto four heroes followed by a 4-man Blackhole from Sneyking paved the way for their comeback as they went on to win the game in 45 minutes.

Game 3 was an intense game as both teams were involved in constant skirmishes. It all came down to better execution which Tundra was able to achieve with a superior draft, insane map movement and amazing spellcasting. OG looked lackluster in this particular game as they lacked the synergy they are renowned for, going on to lose it in 46 minutes.

Highlights

Here are some highlights of the series.

Interview: Tundra 33 talks about OG’s Slark pick for ana in game 3

N0tail and his teammates had drafted Slark for ana in the third game of the series which particularly did not work out as he ended the 47-minute contest with a 4-7-10 KDA. Also, the pick had innate problems in the game considering Slark was drafted into an Ancient Apparition. Speaking about the same, Tundra Esports’ offlaner, Neta "33" Shapira, stated,

“I mean, actually, we were talking for a minute or minute and a half into the draft on our last ban, if we should ban Slark or not. I was saying, “Guys, there is no f***ing way they are gonna pick Slark into AA. There is no f***ing way. (laughs) And then you know, they did it but we said that we are happy playing against it.”
