Virtus.Pro Hints That They Might Undergo Roster Changes

After announcing that they will not compete in ESL One Germany 2020 and that they would be going inactive for some time, Virtus.Pro hinted on new roster changes by stating:

“The team has not been performing as expected in the recent months. The management, the players, and you, our fans, can agree on that. Now is the time to put things on pause and make important decisions on the roster’s changes.”

This is especially interesting because recent reports from have stated that former Virtus.Pro carry Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev will join the old roster under the leadership of Alexey "Solo" Berezin. If this is the case, Ramzes will be replacing Igor “iLTW” Filatov, who has been standing in for the team since April 2020.

After the departure of RAMZES666, Virtus.Pro has only won two tournaments (ESL One Los Angeles 2020: Online and Parimatch League Season 1). The player has also not experienced too much success with Evil Geniuses. So a reunion between the two parties isn’t exactly too far-fetched.

Ramzes left Virtus.Pro in late 2019 after enjoying substantial success with the team for nearly 3 years.
