Everyday, the CIS roster shuffle throws yet another twist at us. After Na’Vi and VP Prodigy, reinvogurated their rosters with some changes, it looks like Virtus.Pro will also be undergoing some changes. VP has just announced that their first team will not be competing in the upcoming ESL One Germany 2020 tournament and that they will be going inactive in the upcoming days.

They’ve also hinted that their might be a few roster changes right on the horizon.

Virtus.Pro Hints That They Might Undergo Roster Changes

After announcing that they will not compete in ESL One Germany 2020 and that they would be going inactive for some time, Virtus.Pro hinted on new roster changes by stating:

“The team has not been performing as expected in the recent months. The management, the players, and you, our fans, can agree on that. Now is the time to put things on pause and make important decisions on the roster’s changes.”

This is especially interesting because recent reports from metaratings.ru have stated that former Virtus.Pro carry Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev will join the old Virtus.pro roster under the leadership of Alexey "Solo" Berezin. If this is the case, Ramzes will be replacing Igor “iLTW” Filatov, who has been standing in for the team since April 2020.

Virtus.Pro Hints At Upcoming Roster Changes

After the departure of RAMZES666, Virtus.Pro has only won two tournaments (ESL One Los Angeles 2020: Online and Parimatch League Season 1). The player has also not experienced too much success with Evil Geniuses. So a reunion between the two parties isn’t exactly too far-fetched.

Ramzes left Virtus.Pro in late 2019 after enjoying substantial success with the team for nearly 3 years.
