Chinese powerhouse ViCi Gaming has finally announced their complete roster for the upcoming season.

After the departure of Pan “Fade” Yi, where he retired from competitive Dota 2 and then made his return to competitive Dota by joining Royal Never Giveup over the course of one week, ViCi Gaming have decided to pickup former Team Serenity Support Xiong “Pyw”‘ Jiahan as his replacement.

There will be no other change in the line-up.

So ViCi Gaming’s roster for the upcoming season from position 1 to 5 will be:

  • Zhang “Eurus” Chengjun

  • Zeng “Ori” Jiaoyang

  • Zhou “Yang” Haiyang

  • Xiong “Pyw”‘ Jiahan

  • Ding “Dy” Cong

Coach: Bai "rOtK" Fan

However, an additional announcement was also made alongside this roster reveal. Zhang 'Paparazzi' Chengzhun will be playing under the moniker of ‘Eurus’ in this new season.

According to Greek mythology, Eurus is the god of the east wind or southeast wind. So perhaps, the Chinese superstar is indicating that he will be leading the charge for the Chinese teams this season after Western teams have now won 3 TIs in a row.
