Former Counter-Strike professional Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko seems to be living the perfect retirement life. The 32-year-old Ukrainian recently shared an exclusive picture on his Instagram from a recent photo shoot he did for a Ukrainian glossy magazine.
Zeus Models For Ukrainian Lifestyle Magazine
Yes, you head it right! Once considered to be one of the best minds in counter-strike Zeus shared a photo of himself surrounded by two beautiful models while adoring a toga (garment worn by the citizens of ancient Rome) on top, a laurel wreath on his head, jogging tracks on the bottom, and white snickers.
The strange attire was worn by Zeus for a photo shoot that he did for a Ukrainian lifestyle magazine called Honor Magazine. The 32-year-old Ukrainian shared one of the many photos that might have been part of the photo shoot.
No specific reason was provided for the photo shoot or when the fans can expect to see more photos of him from the photography session. But the caption of Zeus’ upload does mention these two things, “Zeus the Supreme” and “Divine Absurdity”.
Based on my personal reasoning I think that “Zeus the Supreme” might have been the title given to this particular photo while “Divine Absurdity” could stand for the theme of the entire photo shoot. If my guess is correct we can expect Zeus to feature as more such divine figures in various different situations and getups. He might also feature in the upcoming copy of the magazine in which case I hope the photos go viral.
The Ukrainian with half a million Instagram followers has been involved in a lot of different things since retiring from the professional scene. Here is a list of few things that Zeus has done since retiring,
- He has gone ahead and published his autobiography titled ‘Against All Odds: The Way to Victory’.
- While spending a lot of time with his family Zeus has continued streaming on Twitch where he was slammed with a ban a few months ago for using homophobic slurs in Russian.
- He has been involved in a huge esports project with the mayor of Kharkiv (Ukrainian City) which includes a possible esports academy and an upcoming world-class esports tournament to be held in Kharkiv.
- Apart from this Zeus is also the owner of both an esports organization called pro100 and a local league for CIS players called CIS Esports League.
Zeus who has played professionally for 17 years is now involved in the growth of esports in Ukraine wonderfully balancing it with his personal life and other projects, which surprisingly seem to include modelling as well.
