Renegades have announced the departure of the rosters most iconic player Oliver “DickStacy” Tierney. Just a month after acquiring the ex-Grayhound roster, the new management has made a massive change to the Australian line-up.
The news now partially lines up with our speculation, with the other half suggesting Jordan “Hatz” Bajic as the new player who might be replacing DickStacy.
The 22-year-old rifler joined Grayhound back on November 2017 and remained a consistent member of the team for a period of more than two years, up until the point where the whole line-up was signed by Renegades.
Under the new organization, the roster just played one tournament, finishing at the 9th - 12th position at the ESL Pro League Season 10 - Finals. But before kick-starting their campaign in 2020, the organization found it wise to introduce a change going forward.
In his time, DickStacy has truly turned into an icon for Australian counter-strike and is definitely one of the most popular esport personality from the region. The community is a big fan of his raw sarcasm, both the organizations wished him the very best going forward.
Renegades have still not announced his replacement in the squad, while DickStacy has also not said anything about his future plans. The Australian is, however, auctioning two ‘player jerseys’, with all the proceeds going to the Australian Red Cross.
