CS:GO Player Pulls Off the Fastest Defuse on Mirage

For those who thought that it was not possible to do a ninja defuse in CS:GO like the ones executed in Call of Duty, well this particular player proved that it is certainly possible to do the same in Counter-Strike. Posting a clip of himself executing a mind-blowing ninja defuse, u/DumbElephant recreated something truly fantastic as he solo-defended 'B-Site' on Mirage pulling off probably the fastest defuse ever on the map.
With the score levelled at ‘4-4’, the user ran towards ‘B-Site’ on Mirage and upon noticing that the entire T-side might be headed his way, threw a smoke right below ‘B Appartments’, hiding inside it. The other team quickly planted the C4 on the site, without any clue of the player’s existence. Taking advantage of his position u/DumbElephant proceeded to defuse the bomb as soon as it was planted, winning the round for his side.
This was probably something straight out of a Call of Duty game, and the ease with which the user proceeded to win the round for his team is commendable. He kept calm under pressure which resulted in a fantastic ninja defuse, which might also be the fastest defuse ever on Mirage.
I don’t know, but there is definitely something amazing about bringing a knife to a gunfight and getting a kill (or two), which is only topped by an ace. But both of them fail to live up to the adrenaline rush one gets when they execute a ninja defuse, and pulling one off in such a bold manner might just be the last feather a Counter-Strike player may need to feel completely accomplished.
