Call of Duty (COD) Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) has been making strides ever since its release on 10th November. This latest entry is the 20th main installment of the franchise and as with any COD game, MW3 also contains numerous weapon and character skins that players can buy.

That being said, there seems to be a lot of hype surrounding the new “Royalty Tiger” animated camo which is compatible with almost every weapon present in the game. Unlike most other skins, this cannot be obtained directly from the in-game store. Here’s how you can acquire it.

How to Get the Royalty Tiger Camo in MW3?

As mentioned above, you will not find the Royalty Tiger camo in the in-game store. Accessing this glowing skin requires you to purchase the Call of Duty Task Force 141 Crossbody Sling Bag which can be found in the official COD shop. You will receive the exclusive camo as a free in-game item after you are done with your purchase. Here are the simple steps you need to follow:

• Head to the official COD Shop

• Log in to your existing COD account or create a new one

• Follow the prompts to purchase the Task Force 141 Crossbody Sling Bag 

• After your order has been placed, you will receive an email to your linked ID, containing the code for the Royalty Tiger Camo

• Head to the COD Redeem page and log in to your account

• Punch in the code and you will be notified that the Camo has been added to your profile

Although the price of the bag seems to be USD $60 / €55,95 / £49.00, you will have to pay taxes and handling charges which will increase its price by roughly USD $10. Unfortunately, there is no other way to access the Royalty Tiger skin without purchasing the sling bag.

How to Equip the Royalty Tiger Camo in COD: MW3?

• Launch COD: MW3 from your system

• Head into the Weapons section and select your preferred weapon

• Navigate to the Gunsmith and enter the Customize tab

• Click on the Camos option to see all existing camos

• Select the Royalty Tiger Camo from the list and click on Equip
