PUBG New State Mobile Mashup Tournament Announced by Krafton, Check Full Details

Following the success of the New State Mobile Open Challenge, Krafton just announced another online tournament that offers amateur players a chance to prove themselves. The North American (NA) event will feature a four-week series that includes influencer-hosted tournaments and an open qualifier format that anyone can participate in.

PUBG New State Mobile Mashup Overview

The new PUBG New State event will feature multiple tournaments starting from 10th March. Top-tier influencers and content creators including Jacob "chocoTaco" Throop, Wynndham “Wynnsanity” Curtis, and Noah “NoahFromYT” Timothy Beck will each host a weekly qualifier tournament as part of the upcoming New State Mobile Mashup event. Top performers from each of these influencer-hosted events will qualify for the Grand Final in April. There will also be open qualifiers that anyone can participate in with their team.

Influencer-hosted Events

Each of the three planned Influencer-Hosted Tournaments will feature a $5,000 USD prize pool. The top team from each Influencer-Hosted Tournament will qualify for the Grand Final. The three weekly tournaments will kick off on 10th, 17th, and 24th March respectively.

Open Qualifiers

There will be three sets of Open Qualifiers throughout the New State Mobile Mashup tournament series. The series will feature a prize pool of $10,000 USD. Up to 128 teams can register to participate in each Open Qualifier. The top three teams from each of the qualifiers will head to the grand final. The open qualifiers will commence on 11th, 13th, and 25th March respectively.

Grand Final

Featuring 16 teams that qualified through the Influencer-Hosted Tournaments and the Open Qualifiers, the Grand Final will feature a $200,000 USD prize pool in addition to a $5,000 bonus for the tournament’s overall MVP.

The event will feature three teams from the influencer events, nine teams from the open qualifiers, and four wildcard teams which will be announced at a later date. The grand finals will take place from 1st to 3rd April.

New State Mobile Mashup: Prize Pool

The total Prize Pool will consist of $250,000 USD and is broken down as follows:

• Influencer-Hosted Tournaments: $5,000 USD prize pool ($15,000 USD total)

• Open Qualifiers: $10,000 USD prize pool ($30,000 USD total)

• Grand Final: $200,000 USD prize pool

• MVP Award: $5,000 USD
