The League of Legends: Wild Rift patch 2.4c full notes and updates have been revealed by Riot Games.
This patch update is rather small and is mostly composed of balance changes for specific champions and items.
Two new High Noon skins for Lucian and Senna will be released in the patch update.

The League of Legends: Wild Rift patch 2.4c full notes and updates have been revealed by Riot Games. This minor patch update delivers a few new in-game content such as the new High Noon Lucian and Senna skins, High Noon-themed emotes, and baubles. The Wild Rift patch 2.4c will also implement a few adjustments to specific champions and items to slightly shake up the meta. This patch update is quite small compared to other patch updates. Wild Rift Patch 2.4c: New content

New Skin: High Noon Senna and Lucian

The two new skins are the fictional representation of when western cowboys merged with fiery demonic magic. The new skins will be released on 23rd Sept 2021.

These new accessories will be made available in the game throughout the patch update;

  • Emotes: C’mere, You!; Thank Ya Kindly

Wild Rift Patch 2.4c: Champion changes

Lucian

The devs noticed that since his nerf in the previous patch, Lucian has become less variable. The devs are bringing back a little bit of his power.

Base Stats

  • Health: 570 HP → 610 HP

Relentless Pursuit

  • Cooldown: 23/20/17/14s → 22/19/16/13s

Rammus

The Armordillo has been overperforming lately and needs a slight nerf to keep him from snowballing too much.

Powerball

  • Damage: 105/150/195/240 → 110/140/170/200

Defensive Ball Curl

  • Passive damage Armor ratio: 10% → 8%

  • Active damage Armor ratio: 15% → 12%

  • Monster damage bonus: 150% → 175%

Rengar

The ferocious cat’s early game is quite too overwhelming. The devs have toned down his early game power.

Base Stats

  • Armor: 45 → 40

  • Attack Damage: 70 → 64

Sona recieves a slight nerf.

Sona

This enchanter support seems to be having a huge impact as a mage rather than a support. The devs are toning down her damage potential.

Hymn of Valor

  • Active damage: 40/80/120/160 → 40/75/110/145

  • Active AP ratio: 50% → 40%

  • Ally aura bonus damage AP ratio: 30% → 20%

Crescendo

  • Cooldown: 90/75/50s → 100/80/60s

Teemo

A slight nerf for the little devil.

Base Stats

  • Health regen: 7.5 → 6

  • Health per level: 115 HP → 105 HP

  • (Health at level 15: 2180 HP → 2040 HP)

  • Armor: 35 → 30

  • Armor per level: 4.3 → 3.9

  • (Armor at level 15: 96 → 85)

Wild Rift Patch 2.4c: Item changes

Zeke’s Convergence

A slight buff to the item to address the struggles that support tank champions have been experiencing in the current meta.

  • Total cost: 2800G → 2700G (Combine cost: 900G → 800G)

  • Frostfire Covenant slow: 40% → 50%

  • Frostfire Covenant magic damage per second: 40 → 60

Free-to-Play champion rotation

  • 16th September - 22nd September: Corki, Galio, Leona, Pantheon, Rammus, Sona, Tryndamere, Vayne, Xin Zhao, Zed

  • 23rd September - 30th September: Akshan, Brand, Lulu, Malphite, Nunu & Willump, Olaf, Soraka, Twisted Fate, Varus, Wukong
