Many players were upset about changes to the League of Legends: Wild Rift Battle Pass, so Riot Games began giving away free Wild Pass levels and stars to players. Many fans felt that the recent Wild Pass changes were not disappointing because now you can only get half of its content by chance. Players also complained that it's harder to earn points, which made it tough to earn all the rewards unless you spend more money to go up levels. While some fans liked the compensation that Riot Games did to make up for the Battle Pass problem, many are hopeful that they will make the Wild Pass less grindy.

With the recent release of the Wild Pass featuring the Dream Raider Thresh skin, a lot of fans were left disappointed with the changes that came with it. Most of the Wild Pass Emporium rewards can now only be acquired at random by paying 35 Wild Stars for each draw.

The Unleashed version of the Dream Raider Thresh skin can now be acquired by reaching level 75 in the Wild Pass. However, leveling the battle pass has also become more grindy and requires more effort to acquire all the level rewards.

Wild Rift content creators such as Warden have shared their sentiments towards the recent Battle Pass update.

“The current Wild Pass system sucks. I feel like I'm being rushed and forced to play just to avoid wasting the pass I bought, unlike before when, even though I only played casually, I could still unlock those Wild Pass accessories without grinding much,” he captioned on his Facebook post.

A lot of fans also shared their disappointment by commenting on the post by Riot Games teasing the upcoming Food Spirits Yuumi skin, the reward for the next Wild Pass season.

Following the recent outrage in the Wild Rift community, Riot Games gave away six Wild Pass levels and 60 Wild Stars via in-game email.
