Highlights
VIRU seems to be facing some problems in his BGMI career as he opened up about it recently via a story on Instagram.
VIRU claimed that he would probably not be able to compete in the upcoming BMOC 2022 along with a few other things, but did not provide any proper reasoning.
His outcry was heard by multiple BGMI personalities with Avii, Scout, Saumraj, and more responding it to individually.

There are a lot of shuffles going on between BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) teams and organizations with everyone caught up in a sort of rat race to find the perfect lineup.

The latest victim of this shuffle mania seems to be GodLike Esports' seventh player Viren Mahipalsingh "VIRU" Gour. VIRU recently spoke about his situation regarding competing in BGMI via an Instagram story through his official account.

VIRU claimed that he cannot play in the upcoming Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge (BMOC) 2022 and an unknown number of BGMI tournaments thereafter, without providing any reason for it.

However, his outcry did provoke a few statements from BGMI players Avinash "Avii" Chari, Tanmay "Scout" Singh, and Saumya "Saumraj" Raj among others.

Explaining VIRU's current situation in BGMI: Stuck between GodLike and Enigma?

To understand why VIRU wrote what he posted on Instagram a few days ago, one first needs to understand where he currently stands in BGMI.

Well, according to the announcement VIRU is still very much a part of GodLike Esports. He joined the organization in February earlier this year along with Arshpreet "GiLL" Singh.

However, after having competed with GodLike's extended roster for more than three months, VIRU got an opportunity to play with Enigma Gaming as part of their main lineup and he seemingly took this offer. The above information was corroborated by Skylightz Gaming's captain Saumya "Saumraj" Raj during his recent livestream.

When he was asked about the situation involving VIRU, Saumraj responded by saying, "VIRU got an opportunity with Enigma Gaming in the playing four, so he went there [from GodLike Esports]. Now, after he went there what transpired that even I don't know."

It seems some sort of an issue crept up between Enigma and VIRU which forced him to post the gutting story via his Instagram account, catching the attention of many within the BGMI community.

VIRU talking about his situation in competitive BGMI

Following this post, Avii from Enigma Gaming came forward with an Instagram story from his official account claiming that he has no idea why VIRU said all those things.

"We told him that you have to sit for BMOC in the initial phase, but he was not okay with it," said Avii, "We told him to come to the bootcamp in order to rotate and play, but he was not okay with it because he did not want to sit idle like model."

There seems to be some kind of a problem going on between Enigma Gaming and VIRU, which probably hinders the player from competing as part of the playing four across all the matches.

Avii commenting on situation regarding VIRU

Discussing the matter in a recent stream, Scout explained to his viewers, who were asking him to help VIRU out, that he chose something else for himself for which he had wished him the best. But in case VIRU's situation goes from bad to worse then he shall obviously step up to help him.

VIRU has been tight lipped on the matter ever since he posted the story on his Instagram channel. For now, no solid reason behind any of it has come forward and the situation has not been resolved properly.
