The grand final of the Red Bull M.E.O. Season 5 was held yesterday on 20th November at the beautiful Sunder Nursery in Delhi featuring three mobile esports titles - Pokemon UNITE, World Cricket Championship, and Clash of Clans.
An intense best-of-three grand finale took place between True Rippers and Revenant Esports with the Pokemon UNITE trophy at stake in front of a large live audience. Both teams stepped up to deliver an edge-of-the-seat experience through their gameplay as they took the match all the way down to a third-game decider.
After two excruciating games, where both teams exchanged multiple punches to even out the scores, it all came down to the last ten seconds of the third game where True Rippers managed a huge clutch to close out the series and walk away as the champion of the Red Bull M.E.O. This live audience was enthralled by the competitive action that all teams delivered, especially True Rippers and Revenant Esports as both teams fought tooth and nail to win the Pokemon UNITE tournament and lift the trophy at the LAN event.
