Tribe Gaming Unveils Revamped Wild Rift Roster

Tribe Gaming announced its updated Wild Rift roster for the Wild Rift NA Series 2022.
The team acquired the former NME pro player and jungle specialist- Riley “DNZio” Haghian.
As one of the top 8 teams to qualify in the Wild Rift North America Series - Open Qualifier, Tribe Gaming will proceed to the first Major of the tournament.

Tribe Gaming announced its revamped Wild Rift roster. The team participated in last year’s Wild Rift Horizon Cup 2021 and is one of the most dominant teams in North America (NA) with championship titles from various events such as the Team Liquid Summer Showdown: NA, RiftMSTRS, and the Wild Rift Summoner Series 2021. Tribe Gaming is now competing in the Wild Rift North America Series for the lion’s share of the $80,000 USD prize pool and the honor of representing NA in the upcoming Wild Rift Icons Global Championship 2022.

Tribe Gaming acquires a former NME Wild Rift pro player

In preparation for the Wild Rift North America Series, Tribe Gaming made slight changes to its roster. With its former Jungle player Gabriel “Oldskool” Villamariona leaving the team, a new pro player- Riley “DNZio” Haghian will fill in the missing role and complete the 5-man roster.

The team is composed of the following players;

  • Raul "Chuck" Montano-Chaidez - Baron Lane

  • Ray "ttigers" Han Jungle - Jungle Lane

  • Joshrick "Starting" Ainsley Narag - Mid Lane

  • Riley "DNZio" Haghian - Dragon Lane

  • Daniel "MaxGreen" Choi - Support

DNZio is a former member of NME, one of the NA Wild Rift teams that can match Tribe Gaming’s performance in tournaments. Immortal's support specialist, Amir "YikeZ" Hossein also joined NME after leaving his previous team.

As one of the top 8 teams to qualify in the Wild Rift North America Series - Open Qualifier, Tribe Gaming will proceed to the first Major of the tournament.

The Wild Rift North America Series is the official regional league for North American Wild Rift esports, organized by Riot Games. The top two teams who make it to the grand finals will earn the right to represent NA in the upcoming Wild Rift Icons Global Championship 2022. The crowned champions from the Wild Rift North America Series will head straight to the group stage of the world championship while the 1st runner-up will compete in the play-ins for a chance to proceed to the next phase of the tournament.
