Popular Indian esports caster Piyush “Spero” Bathla recently praised Team SouL’s Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) in-game leader Sahil “Omega” Jakhar for his unwavering commitment to the game. He lauded Omega as the perfect example for those who are struggling to establish their names in the industry, noting that he serves as an inspiration to new players. He further noted that despite not receiving the recognition he deserved for so long, Omega continued to grind and hone his skills, putting in the time and effort required to become a top player.

Spero calls Omega the perfect example for aspiring pros

In a recent livestream, while reacting to different videos, Spero praised Omega, describing him as a perfect example for everyone struggling to make a name for themselves in the competitive BGMI scene. According to Spero, Omega’s success is a result of his hard work and dedication, and he serves as an inspiration to new players who are looking for a chance to shine. “Omega is a perfect example for everyone - whenever a new player enters (the BGMI esports scene) and says that he has been grinding for a long time, but he is unable to succeed and that he needs a chance or opportunity,” he said.

Omega has been playing BGMI (PUBG Mobile at that time) esports since March 2019. Despite being a good player and an integral part of the BGMI esports scene, he only received the deserved attention when Team SouL signed him in March 2022. Spero noted this and added that despite not getting the deserved attention for so long, Omega continued to grind and hone his skills, putting in the time and effort required to become a top player in the scene. “He has been playing for a long time, but he did not get the fame, a lot of people did not watch him, and no one praised him the way they do now. But he had been playing for a long time. Finally, someone recognized his talent, and finally, he got the place he deserved,” he said.

Lastly, Spero offered words of encouragement to aspiring players. “It’s just time. Don’t stop… Never Stop. Keep grinding. You will get it; you will get the opportunity if you have what it takes,” he said.

Through Omega’s example, Spero encouraged aspiring players to never give up and to keep grinding, emphasizing that with dedication and hard work, anyone can make a name for themselves in the esports world.
