In a thrilling best of five series that lasted four rounds, team Philippines showed its dominance against the Indonesian squad in the grand finals with a 3-1 score. The MLBB IESF 2023 event took place in Romania where various regions from around the world signed their best teams and players to compete for the tournament’s prestigious championship title. Among the regions that showcased their dominance were Saudi Arabia and Egypt, who followed the top two regions in the top four ranking.

The representative team of the Philippines (PH), SIBOL, asserted its dominance at the MLBB IESF 2023 event, securing the coveted championship title in the fiercely contested tournament. In a nail-biting best-of-five showdown against Indonesia, the Filipino squad emerged victorious, clinching the lion's share of the impressive $100,000 USD prize pool, and has arguably proven that the PH era in the MLBB esports scene is far from over. This achievement marked SIBOL's remarkable journey from the Qualifiers to the Grand Finals, securing its first flawless victory sweep on the international stage and relegating Indonesia to second place.
This year's championship unfolded in the picturesque city of Iași, Romania, where sixteen elite international Mobile Legends teams battled through the lower and upper brackets for the esteemed championship title. Notably, Saudi Arabia showcased its prowess, securing the third spot in the tournament, while Egypt clinched the fourth position, underscoring its formidable rivalry.
